“My Englsih class consists of young people who have Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and have been classified with having learning disabilities. I have been with these students since their freshmen year at Beach Channel. I have seen a great deal of progress with them in the area of writing but since it is a mixed ability class, their individual needs vary drastically. They are very conscientious students who are preparing to take and pass the English Regents which will place all of them one step closer to obtaining their Local or Regents Diploma.”
