“My name is Victor Aguilera. I teach U.S. History, Government, and Economics at LPS Richmond. LPS Richmond is a tuition-free public charter high school with a mission of sending each and every one of its students to college. Richmond is a city where crime and violence are all too regular occurrences, and far too many youth lose focus. LPS hopes to change this by helping students empower themselves, overcome adversities, go on to college, and become assets in their communities.”
