In large classes checking all students' understanding of our lesson is a challenge. I've observed other classes where the teacher is able to check all students' understanding at once with dry-erase boards. The boards are also a fun and engaging way to practice grammar. Learn more »
This may seem like an odd request for a 10th grade classroom, but I give my students constant feedback on their mastery of standards of learning and completion of course work through sticker tracking charts posted on our classroom walls. Each achievement in our class comes with a sticker, and you'll never see a high schooler so excited to receive a small piece of colored adhesive! Learn more »
Stamping student work is an efficient way I have used to check student work and maximize learning time in our classroom. However, I'm almost out of ink, and I won't hear the end of "Where are our stamps?" from my students if I don't get more soon! Learn more »
