“I teach 12th grade English at Wilson, the largest and most diverse public high school in the District of Columbia. Every year, we struggle to provide our students with individual copies of novels and plays. As a result, we often teach whatever books we can find lying around. This also prevents the students from being able to take books home with them to read because they are sharing copies with their classmates. I would be extremely grateful for any donations that would help provide my students with their own copies of the novels and plays we are studying this year.
