“I teach four Spanish classes at Taylor Middle School - Spanish I, Spanish II, and 2 elective wheel classes that follow parts of the Spanish I curriculum. In a given semester I have around 110 students. The goal of the Spanish I/II program is to prepare the students for the next level of high school Spanish. More importantly, the hope is for students to be able to effectively communicate using basic Spanish and have an appreciation for the cultures of Spanish speakers. The classroom is outfitted with textbooks, reading materials, and some art supplies. ”
