“I teach Visual Art to over 650 students a week ranging from Kindergarten to 6th Grade. I am certified to teach Visual Art K-12. I am currently attending MICA to pursue a MA in Art Education. Due to the large volume of students, it can sometimes be hard to get all of the supplies I need for everyone. I focus on teaching multicultural art lessons that extend into what the students are learning in their other disciplines. Additionally I teach about the elements of art and principles of design. My goal is to give students a good background in art, while learning about art history and cultures outside of their own.”
